General Email Setup

Account type: POP3 or IMAP

(POP3 downloads your emails off of our server and onto your computer. Any other device will not receive the new emails.)

(IMAP will only download a copy of what's on the server. All emails stay on the server until you specifically delete and purge them. This is useful to use if you have more than one device checking your email.)

Our outgoing servers require authentication using your username & password, along with the appropriate port number.

For the logon information, the "Name" will be your first and last name.

The "Username" is usually just the beginning of your email address, but it *might* require your whole email address:

The "Password" is the password that you setup with us. You can can not change your password unless you call us and we change it over the phone. This is strictly for security purposes.
